Limited Warranty Terms

Applies to: All MCB Vision projectors sold by BlueWave E-Trade LLC.

1. Warranty Coverage

MCB Vision provides a 12-month limited warranty from the delivery date, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a defect occurs within this period, we’ll provide a replacement unit.

2. What’s Covered

  • Electrical or mechanical failure due to manufacturing defects.
  • Color issues (pink/yellow tint) under normal use and ventilation within 12 months.
  • Units not functioning properly despite correct setup.

3. What’s Not Covered

  • Misuse, improper care, or failure to follow instructions.
  • Excessive heat, humidity, or poor ventilation.
  • Commercial/continuous non-domestic use.
  • Drops, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Lens discoloration after 12 months (wear-related).

4. Replacement Process (Within 12 Months)

  • Contact us at hello@mcb-vision.com with order number, issue details, and photos/videos.
  • Our team will verify remotely.
  • If approved, a replacement will be shipped (return of original unit may be required).

5. After-Warranty Policy

  • No replacement/repair after 12 months.
  • Issues from wear, heavy use, or environment are not covered.

6. Legal Disclaimer

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and may grant additional rights under local law.
